Goku and Vegeta read the notice.

Notice: "Fighters of all ages. Come to the greatest tournament ever! See fighters you haven’t seen before. Demons, animals, robots, mutants, and more! Come to the greatest tournament ever! You’ll be glad to be there. Come to Fighters Combat! Begins in five days."

Goku: "Fighters Combat?"

Vegeta: "Perhaps there’s a pretty good fight there Kakkarotto."

Goku: "But we don’t know where there is."

Vegeta: "You’re right. How are we supposed to get there if we don’t know where it is?!"

Goku: "Let’s wait out the five days and see what happens. In the meantime let’s train in the five days we got."

Vegeta: "Let’s do it."

Goten and Chibi Trunks arrive home. They dump dozens of apples out of the item holder.

Goten: "I can’t wait to cook these apples."

Chibi Trunks: "Think of all the stuff we can make out of apples. Apple pie, apple butter, apple jelly, baked apples, apple cider, apple juice, apple chips, fried apples, fried apple chips, apple cake. We can make dozen of things out of apples!"

Goten: "Let’s begin right now!"

Chibi Trunks: "What should we make first?"

Goten: "Apple butter!"

Chibi Trunks: "Get the apples. We begin now!

Five days later.

Gohan: "So what’s this Fighters Combat?"

Goku: "It said met fighters you haven’t seen before."

Krillen: "I wonder what kind of fighters we’re going to meet."

Junangou: "You mean fight?"

Vegeta: "So are they going to pick us up or what?"

Suddenly they begin to fade.

Tein: "What’s happening?!"

Chouzu: "Are we passing into another dimension?!"

Majin Boo: "No. Are ki isn’t fading!"

Chichi: GOKU! GOHAN! GOTEN!

They disappear.

Videl: "Where did Gohan-san go!?"

Chichi: I don’t know.

Bulma: "What happened to Vegeta?"

Chichi: "He just disappeared."

In an unknown place.

Goku: "What is this place?"

Gohan: "Videl!"

Tein: "It no use Gohan-san. She’s gone."

Goten: "Are we dead?"

Chibi Trunks: "Let me pinch you."

Goten: "OW!"

Chibi Trunks: "We’re alive!"

Yamcha: "Then how did we get here?!"

Juhachigou: "I don’t know."

They find themselves standing before a blue portal. (Much like Ermac’s portal.)

?????: "This way."

Vegeta: "In there?! I’m not going in that swirly thing!"

Goku: "I don’t think we have much of a choice Vegeta."

The Z Team enters the portal. They are taken to a mysterious place.

?????: "Welcome to Partica!"

Vegeta: "It’s. It’s beautiful!"

Gohan: "I never seen anything like it!"

Tein: "I would enjoy living here Chouzu."

Chouzu: "So would I."

Krillen: "Juhachigou! I don’t see anything in this water!"

Juhachigou: "I see fish Krillen."

Krillen: "That’s my point. No tires, no beer cans, no toxic waste, no wrecked ships. Clean clear beautiful water! And look! No liter on the grass! Clean air to breath, no chopped down trees, no nothing! Just a clean beautiful paradise!"

Goten: "Where are the cars, buses, and such things like we have?"

?????: "Here transportation isn’t needed.

Yamcha: "Wow. So how do you get around?"

?????: "I shall show you."

He pushes a button. They are suddenly at the fighters palace.

Goten: "What the! Did you see that Trunks?!"

Chibi Trunks: "No! Did you?!"

Goten: "No!"

Vegeta: "Unbelievable!"

Piccolo: "That is quick traveling!"

Announcer: "Fighters of all species and ages. Welcome to Fighters Combat. The greatest tournament ever!"

Tein: "The power levels I feel here are to weak."

Yamcha: "Ha! Is this a joke?"

Ken: "Don’t think this is a joke. I’m here for one reason, to fight!"

Vegeta: "Well if that’s what you here for, your going to have the fight of your life!"

Ken: "No one’s been able to beat me yet. Except Ryu.

Vegeta: "Today your looking at the one who’s going to beat you today yellowed haired boy!"

Ken: "We’ll see about that!"

Vegeta: "I can’t wait to get in the ring with him. Then I’ll show him a thing or to!"

Announcer: "Time to rest. The tournament begins tomorrow!"

Vegeta: "I can hardly wait!"
